Possibly: It is possible to develop lymph nodes around the head, face, and/or neck in the setting of a cold. If it concerns you that much seeking reassurance with a doctor in person isn't going to hurt you. Alternatively, you could closely monitor the "node", if it isn't going away over the next several weeks please seek help in person. If it is getting larger or more painful seek help sooner! Good luck
