White mouth: Several things come to mind that would present as white coloring in the peri-oral (around the mouth) region. You can develop hypopigmentation form chronic irritation- so if your child is a lip-licker, it could be that. Thee are certain fungal infections that present as white patches. There is also a condition known as vitiligo that causes loss of pigment. I would encourage you to see dermatologist
