Doubtful: A direct relationship between tooth infection and a 6 month cognitive impairment is improbable (not impossible). Relationship would need to hinge on infection spread to brain (brain abscess) or systemic immune-mediated mechanism. Both not probable over 6 months. Get evaluation.
