First: Get a trainer to help you. 2nd drink lots of fluids to stay hydrated 3rd don't over do it 4th take a warm bath to soothe muscles. Good luck

Usually: warm up before weight lifting, drink cold water before exercise and continue to exercise. May use pain medications. It will improve with time. Do no overdo or injure yourself
