No: The lab lists ranges for HCG levels based upon how far along someone is. They do not determine how far along you are. Trust your dates. Have an Ultrasound. We can measure the Crown Rump Length and determine how far along someone is within 3 days.

Not necessarily: I assume you are talking about the HCG level. The most accurate dating is your last menstrual period, but there can sometimes be a delay in ovulation. If there is concern about your dates, an ultrasound about 8-10 weeks can help.
