Possibly: If you have regular 28 day periods, you are most likely ovulating on day 14 (with your first day of bleeding being counted as day #1. But, the time of ovulation can be affected by many factors and it is possible to conceive at almost any time of the cycle. If you skip your next period, get a pregnancy test ! good luck..
