Put ice on it: start with ice. few times a day. do not take NSAIDS-ibuprofen, aspirin, naprosyn. instead, use tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain. Do not wear tight shoes as it will aggravate the toe. U should also wrap it to help the blood get absorbed, but this depends how large it is. Being on Warfarin complicates things too so I also suggest getting INR checked as soon as possible
