Spot on foot: 1st of all congratulations! not too many ppl make it a habit to check the bottom of their feet. You can check to see if there is any fluid in that bump, otherwise it may just resolve on its own. If there is fluid in the bump or it does not resolve in ~14 days. Ask for a podiatry referral. It can be something as simple as a smudge/dirt, wart, blister, or skin lesions.

Talon noir: This is a condition called talon noir and can last many months. It is because of trauma and a small amount of bleeding under the top layer of the skin called the stratum corneum. The blood clots and the color does not resolve until the top layer of skin has been shed. Using a pumice daily after showering can speed resolution.
