Many possibilities: Because of the duration of the bleeding, it is unlikely to be caused by anything serious. Internal hemorrhoidal bleeding is the first thing that comes to mind, but one also has to consider proctitis, a polyp or an anal fissure (especially if there is pain on defecation). Go to a gastroenterologist to get checked out.
