Dupuytrens Treatment: Dupuytren's can be ignored if it is not causing problems or finger contractors. If You are having problems, it can be treated by injecting Xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum), (collagenase clostridium histolyticum) a medication specifically developed to rupture Dupuytren's bands. If there are multiple bands or the bands are in a place where other structures could be injured by the Xiaflex (collagenase clostridium histolyticum) then surgery is the best treatment.
