Can hair breakage and head pain and pressure be related?

No: Very certain the hair breakage is not related to pain and pressure in the head. Causes of pain and pressure in the head are multiple. First rule out hypertension. stress, sinus disease, etc.. Have a good physical examination. That should determine how far to go with investigation of head pain and pressure. Brain inflammation and tumors are rare but on the list of possibilities.
