Lipitor (atorvastatin) side effects?

Lipitor (atorvastatin) side effects: Lipitor (atorvastatin) like other statins can cause abnormal liver tests and/or muscle aches and pains. These are evaluated using a blood test after the med is started and then annually once you are on it. As with any medicine, the benefit should be greater than the risk of the medicine.
