Tendinitis : Most likely tendinitis of the deltoid or biceps or even referred pain from rotator cuff. Where is the pain exactly and what causes the pain? What kind of work do you do? Did you have any injuries. Treatment usually rest, anti-inflammatories, heat , exercises/stretching...if no better go see ur doc
