A member asked:

Is it true that music changes a child's mind?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: Music gets the whole child involved in the process of learning. If up to 85% of people are kinesthetic learners and 99% of what is learned is unconscious the impact of music and movement should be evident. Music activities prepare the brain for more difficult tasks needed later by preparing the brain to work from both hemispheres-to reach a higher level of thinking!
