A member asked:

Child's rheumo wants to avoid a biologic but already on high dose of metho and had joint injections 3mth ago and need again how can i change her mind?

Discuss with her: Sit down with her and discuss both her reasons for not wanting to do the biologic and your reasons for wanting to do it. She does this every day, and probably has valid reasons for her position based on her experience. But you need to let your position be known as well, so that maybe you can come to an agreement about the plan of care.
