Yes: Alli (orlistat) is a weight-loss aid that binds fat in the intestine. It is not absorbed into the bloodstream, so it stays in the GI tract, carrying fat out with stool. Weight loss is not wise during pregnancy, so discontinue the Alli once you know you're pregnant.
