Not emergency: What would an emergency room offer you this many days after your injury? If you feel you should see a physician go see your family doctor.

Go to see a doctor: These things will heal, but the bleeding of the nose is suspicious. I would go to an emergency room, So I could have X-rays or MRI's if needed. D. Stephen Hollis, MD
