Forehead pain like a headache starts. always dry nose not runny. is this sinuses? never use to have headache. did a cat scan 3 years ago showed cavities in head due to sinuses. should i be worried? mad an app at allergist this week. nose bleeds?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Cavities are sinuses and it is a normal finding. You may wish to try steam/vapor inhalation to help in drainage. Try using an emollient in the opening of the nose. It would be prudent to see a doctor. No need to worry. Wish you good health!
