Surgery first: Endometrial cancer is first treated with surgery. This surgery will give results that will help determine the final stage of your cancer. Based on this and other information from your pathology report radiation and or chemotherapy may be recommended following surgery.

Depends on stage: Easiest is a hysterectomy, but radiation and/or chemotherapy may be needed if it has spread.
