Yes: Hormonal therapy (including megace (megestrol), (megestrol) tamoxifen) can be used in the treatment of certain endometrial cancers which have recurred or spread to other sites. Patients with tumors positive for the Progesterone receptor especially may respond to megace (megestrol).
