Questionable: Doctors will use it in that dosage for 7-10 days to try and induce lactation. We do that mostly because there really isn't any other medication or treatment available and it's worth a try. I would not use the medication for longer than 10 days - if it hasn't worked by then it's not going go.

Could: Reglan (metoclopramide) could induce lactation in addition to advice from lactation expert. Know that long term use could cause serious problems like Tardive dyskinesia, parkinsonism
