Yes: AMH is related to the number of eggs you have left. Higher values are better when you are worried about fertility. If your AMH Is elevated, you have a better chance of getting pregnant.

I know that many times women with PCOS have high AMH levels. What about those with NCAH? Is AMH a good test that can further help differentiate between these two conditions besides 17 OHP levels? Both conditions cause anovulation?
