Estrogen ok: Hormone replacement is safe with high blood pressure if you are controlled. Unlike BCPs where you are adding high dosed of hormones in top of your hormones, HRT replaces hormones you are no longer making. Especially at your age, estrogen is important for your bone health. There are mess to treat the hot flashes w/o hormones. Brisdelle is available with Rx. OTC meds are also available.
