Vaginal discharge: The white gooey stuff, if seen in the toilet after urinating, is most likely vaginal discharge and not related to the morning after pill.

Maybe From Vagina: Morning After Pill contains a hormone - progestin, which may cause a normal vaginal gooey discharge due to alterations in your menstrual cycle. That may be misinterpreted as originating from your urethra/bladder. The is no biological reason for the morning after pill to cause a gooey discharge in your urine. If persists, see your clinician, who can check your urine.
