Get seen by your doc: The likelihood is that everything is fine and you are just having cramps/braxton-hicks contractions. But at 26 weeks, it could be preterm labor and the bleeding makes it a little more concerning. You should go to the hospital to be checked for preterm labor, which may need to be stopped. You don't want to deliver early if we can avoid it. Better safe than sorry.
