Panic Attacks: are not lethal but can be very uncomfortable. See you are on xanax (alprazolam). Might wish to talk to your doctor about treatment with an SSRI or other antidepressant to help prevent these. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy may also be benerficial. Take care.
