Not uterine: Pain in right upper quadrant of abdomen while 10 weeks pregnant is not caused by the uterus. This pain could be gas, gallbladder, chondritis, etc. It is best to follow up with your OB doctor for guidance or schedule appt with primary MD for evaluation.
