Gallbladder?: Up near your ribs on the right is your gall bladder and the hormone levels of pregnancy can cause gall bladder problems. It is unlikely that this is because of a threatened miscarriage. If it were a tubal pregnancy you would usually also have pelvic pain. See your doctor for an exam and possible ultrasound of the pelvis and the galbladder.
