No benefit, no harm: Spirulina will neither prevent nor precipitate a relapse of TTP. Because it has no proven health benefit, there is no standard dose.

Spirulina and ttp: I searched the internet a bit to find some information about spirulina and ttp. I couldn't find any literature that said anything about it. I give it to people who have immune system problems as an immune booster, so I imagine you'd be able to use it for TTP. I would not be able to tell you the dose other than that 3 gm sounds good.
