My wrist turns blue and pain travels up my arm when i use my hands a lot at work.i get pins and needles at night .whats causing this?

Possibly CTS: Is possibly might have carpal tunnel syndrome ( CTS ) . CTS may cause a pins and needles sensation typically in the first 3 fingers of your hands. In addition, CTS may also be associated with the backward (retrograde) conduction of pain up the arm. An unusual sign is the blue coloration.
