Hit head: I am assuming that since you didn't mention losing consciousness or any vomiting that you have not experienced any symptoms like that. You are probably just fine.

Danger signs: If you did not lose consciousness after the head injury you may watch for any danger signs and symptoms. If any of them appear them you should go to the emergency room. They are : increase in severity of headache, vomiting, double vision or blurring of vision, confusion or change in mental status, weakness or numbness in the face or any of the limbs.
