Is it worse with cit: Is worse with citrus food?if yes than this is salivary gland blocked usually us a self limiting u need to drink more water snd and lines and lemons to dislodge an impacted stone in your salivary gland. If the bump is not affected by citrus food u need to be seen by a dr for a possible biopsy to rule out cancer

Probably : WAit and it will heal. If it doesn't in about a week see the dentist. Mouths generally hurt a lot but heal quickly
