Im 11 weeks postop for scs.have 3 scars,2 are v painful still 6"(spine)&3" (left back)vertical.is this normal?uncomfortable to sit back or lie on them

No! what does SCS: stand for? Painful scars do happen and most are dur to a local nerve getting a Neuroma on it which then rubs against the scar tissue, causing pain and tenderness. Novocain type meds can help in diagnosing it and another surgery to remove it might be necessary. BEST for you is to talk to the surgeon, so he can Dx it and treat you. Till this is treated sitting & laying on it would be painful.
