Infant Facial Rash: Rash in infancy can occur due to many reasons. Is he itchy and scratching on the face. Quite often it could be begining of eczema, or could be heat rash, or viral rash. He sounds stable as far as feeding. can wait and watch. If he develops rash in other parts of body or rash gets worse or he scratches or it does not go away in one week (as long as has no fever) see a pediatrician
