I've been on lamactil for several months. i have started itching like crazy. dr told me this was a side effect early on. could it start this late in t?

Lamotrigine and itch: Never say never, but normally skin conditions related to Lamotrigine (lamictal) begin within days or weeks of first time usage. This includes a very severe rash and perhaps itching. At this point it is unlikely that this medicine is the cause. On the other hand, there must be some cause of your itching, and either your doctor or a dermatologist could probably help.
