Further evaluation: It sounds like you need to get checked. You can get Trichomonas in your bladder, so they may need to check your urine.

Persistent NGU?: Presumably evaluated for other STDs, right? Chlamydia and gonorrhea ruled out? Diagnosed with nongonoccal urethritis (NGU)? Men usually are treated for trich only if symptoms persist after previous NGU treatment. But trich rarely causes symptoms in men, no surprise Rx didn't help. Scant clear discharge with urination may not be abnormal, but return to clinic if continues or you remain concerned.
