Maybe: Trichomonas infection is found in the vagina of a female and the urethra of a male. If the male partner has an infection, his urine will contain trichomonas because it has to pass through the urethra. If the female partner has an infection, her urine might not have trichomonas because the female urethra is separate from the vagina. Either way, get tested, and use a condom to prevent STD's
