Not sure of question: There are not really "types" of incomplete SCI's. By saying that you are a C6 incomplete you've pretty much told us what's going on. SCI's are classified as either COMPLETE or INCOMPLETE. There is such a thing as an ASIA classification but that's a fairly indepth and complex assessment which applies to both complete and incomplete injuries. Depends on level: Typically an incomplete injury at C6 causes you to have limited control of your wrist and complete loss of hand function. The different types have more to do with where the lesion is located and what dermatome that includes. The "incomplete" refers to the fact that you have retained some function of motor and/or sensory function below the level of the injury. Autonomic dysreflexia can occur.
