Get checked for Fx.: After a fall from a seizure many things can happen. Muscle contractions occur from the seizure itself. In the fall you may have injured your jaw along with the laceration of your face. One may apply ice as often as needed, take Advil or Tylenol (acetaminophen) if you are not allergic and be seen to be evaluated for a possible fracture of your jaw. Be careful and follow up with your Neurologist for the seizures.

Not unique: You likely injured your temporal mandibular joint, and are advised to seek a dentist who specializes in jaw issues. Many orthodontic surgeons can help you.
