"Best"?: Fluvoxamine can help with anxiety, but it isn't the only good or reasonable choice. Other ssri's may be just as good -- there's no "best" for everyone. Your doctor picks based on your personal characteristics ; needs. Luvox may increase the blood levels and effects of your other meds (vytorin (ezetimibe and simvastatin) ; onglyza), though -- increasing possibilities for side effects. Monitoring will be needed.
