Speak to your doctor: Hello, The combination of Betapace (sotalol) and Zoloft can prolong Qt interval which increases the risk of cardiac arrhythmia. The risk of an individual or combination of drugs is not predictable and depends on factors such as heart disease, electrolytes and drug dosage. Consult your doctor about these medications. Do not stop or change your medications without speaking to your doctor.
