Yes..: Yes, you can just stop taking it but you may experience some rebound runny nose. Since not much of this corticosteroid is absorbed systemically, there aren't many concerns about tapering the dose so it shouldn't be much of an issue.

Can stop.: Can stop suddenly, but the symptoms that prompted you to take it may come back. If you need to restart the Flonase it will take a while for it to suppress your symptoms again.

Okay: Steroid orally and nasal for 1 week may not have serious adverse effect when stopped abruptly though your symptoms may not completely resolve. Tapering is usually required to minimize suppression of hypothalamic pituitary axis
