Safe sex needed: Undetectable virus does not necessarily mean zero virus in your body, so exposing anyone to your blood or semen should be avoided. We can not predict how much quality time anyone has to live. Keeping viral load at non detectable levels gives the best chance for a life free from complications of HIV infection
