Disease progresses: Your disease would come back and begin, once again, to destroy your immune system. Being undetectable now means you will live a normal life span and are not in any way contagious. Staying undetectable is now known to mean you are functionally HIV negative. The medications are a miracle. Keep taking them until a better option comes along.
