Malaria: As stated earlier, it depends on which countries you are going to, the parts of the countries and the season. You can check https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/list and just put in the name of each country which you will be visiting. It will show which types of Malaria are present and recommended chemoproplylaxis.
