Which is better androgel or androderm (testosterone)?

Neither: Androgel & Androderm (along w/axiron, fortesta, striant & testim) are just different forms of testosterone. None are better for everyone. It all depends upon cost to you (think insurance or lack thereof) as well as route & frequency of application. Of course, there's always injectable testosterone, too, which is typically cheapest but it's a shot, at least once weekly.
