Nothing: Most women are diagnosed by PAP smear or thin prep very early in the course of the cellular changes. Because of this, women have almost no complaints before they are diagnosed. If it has progressed before diagnosis then bleeding after intercourse or pelvic pain can occur.

Usually none.: Women that are sexually actively should be regularly screened for cervical cancer with a Pap Smear. It is finding early stages of cervical cancer that is most helpful for women. They are usually asymptomatic in early stages.
