I think i may be pregnant again soon after miscarriage, is it possible 2 to conceive 2 wks after a miscarriage + am i at any higher risk of it again?

Unlikely: It's unlikely that you're already pregnant again that soon after a miscarriage. Pregnancy test may still be positive from the pregnancy you lost for several weeks. If you're concerned that you are pregnant, your gynecologist can check hormone levels to see if they're going up or down.
