Hmmmmm.: It would be helpful to see a picture, but the differential includes seborrheic dermatitis, tinea infection or psoriasis. Any of the atopic dermatites could be considered. Also, contact dermatitis or allergen exposure. I would lean towards seborrheic dermatitis given the distribution. Just a guess though.
