1 yr status po-op bil bunionectomy w.screws, above my big toe i formed a bump above where the screw is my doctor won't touch it, but it hurts a lot!!

I'm not sure: What is meant by "my doctor won't touch it", if your doctor can't help you it's time to get a new one.
